If we have not started activation, you may request a full refund. Once we have activated or delivered the plan to the Cursor account you gave us, the sale is generally final because the digital service has been consumed.<\/p>\n<h2>When we will refund<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We fail to deliver within the time stated on the <a href=\"\/delivery-policy\/\">Delivery policy<\/a> and cannot complete the order.<\/li>\n<li>You were charged twice for the same order.<\/li>\n<li>The product page description was materially wrong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>When we will not refund<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The Cursor account you provided was already subscribed or otherwise ineligible, and we told you we could not activate it.<\/li>\n<li>You asked us to activate a plan and we did; you later changed your mind.<\/li>\n<li>Cursor later changes, suspends, or ends the account or offer \u2014 that is Cursor\u2019s platform, not a defect in our delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Credits<\/h2>\n<p>Unused credits may be refunded only if the matching top-up payment is reversed and the credits have not been spent. Spent credits are not refundable.<\/p>\n<h2>How to request a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:admin@mycursorreferralcode.pro\">admin@mycursorreferralcode.pro<\/a> with your order ID or Binance order ID within 7 days of purchase.
